JK Diamonds Institute of Gems & Jewelry organised a factory visit for more than 60 students. The visit took place at Hari Krishna Exports (Imperial Jewels) at Andheri – SEEPZ, Mumbai.
Students were taken on a tour of every department of the factory from the Product Development team including Manual designers and CAD designers, Production Department, Multiple Quality Checks and the sales team.
The students were very amused and appreciative of the culture set by the management of consistent treatment from the top of the hierarchy to the base, ensuring respect and honor at all levels. In all, a great learning experience for the students.
