A diamond factory visit to Surat was organised by J K Diamonds Institute of Gems & Jewelry for its students at HK Hub. It is a flagship manufacturing facility of Hari Krishna Exports (‘HK’), inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently, is one of the largest in India.
HK is said to have an annual turnover of over INR 6000 crores and over 5500 employees (Source). It has been famous for its employee benefit schemes. A DTC sightholder, HK is famously known for its KISNA brand.
Students, during the visit also got a chance to meet the Founder of HK, Mr. Savji Bhai Dholakia.
Savji bhai went down the memory lane and shared his experience and learning during his entrepreneurial journey. The students were excited and thoroughly motivated after his inspiring speech, the memory of which will be with them forever.
